Spicy Sansho Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50 ml vodka infused with Sancho Leaves
- 40 ml Yuzu
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml lemongrass syrup
- Seeds of Ghoa Cress (when shaken only)
- 1/5 cup Zorri Cress
Method
- Pour all ingredients together in the shaker.
- Use a muddler to muddle.
- Shake with ice.
- Pass the cocktail through a strainer and pour into cocktail glass.
- Garnish and serve.
