Spicy Sansho Cocktail


  • 50 ml vodka infused with Sancho Leaves
  • 40 ml Yuzu
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml lemongrass syrup
  • Seeds of Ghoa Cress (when shaken only)
  • 1/5 cup Zorri Cress


  • Pour all ingredients together in the shaker.
  • Use a muddler to muddle.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pass the cocktail through a strainer and pour into cocktail glass.
  • Garnish and serve.
