Mandarin Whisky Smash

Ingredients and method


  • 50 ml Toki Whisky
  • 30 ml ginger syrup
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 25 ml mandarin juice
  • 1 tsp Kaffir Lime Leaves tincture
  • 1 teaspoon Sansho Leaves tincture


  • Add all ingredients to the shaker
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour into cocktail glass
  • Garnish with Sansho Leaves and mandarin
