Mandarin Whisky Smash
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 50 ml Toki Whisky
- 30 ml ginger syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 25 ml mandarin juice
- 1 tsp Kaffir Lime Leaves tincture
- 1 teaspoon Sansho Leaves tincture
Method
- Add all ingredients to the shaker
- Shake with ice
- Pour into cocktail glass
- Garnish with Sansho Leaves and mandarin
