Sansho Soy Sauce
Ingredients
- 50 ml green tea
- 40 ml lemongrass syrup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 60 ml Hennessy infused Sansho Leaves
- 15 ml lemon juice
Method
- Pour all ingredients together in the shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the cocktail into the cocktail glass.
- Garnish and serve.
