Smoke-free Policy

• Koppert Cress strives to provide a healthy working environment and does not facilitate smoking. The entire company premises are smoke-free, without exception.
• The smoking ban applies to everyone: employees, visitors, suppliers and drivers.
• Smoking in company clothing is not permitted.
• The policy complies with applicable laws and regulations, certification requirements and the National Prevention Agreement.

Company hygiene (HACCP)

• HACCP rules apply within the company.
• Hands must be washed after contact with smoking materials or smoking areas outside the premises.
• Eating, snacking, drinking and smoking are prohibited in production areas; alcohol and open flames are also prohibited.
• Hands must be clean and washed upon arrival, after visiting the canteen and after using the toilet; they must also be disinfected before entering the work floor.
• Head coverings are mandatory in areas with products; safety shoes are mandatory in production areas.
• Visitors may only enter production areas when accompanied by a supervisor, who is responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules.

Photography & Privacy

• Taking photos and videos within the company is only permitted with the permission of management, for both employees and visitors.
• Photography of products or production processes without permission is not permitted.
• Taking photos or videos of colleagues requires their express permission.
• Certain areas may not be photographed or filmed without the approval of the company management.
• Always ask for permission before taking pictures or videos to ensure privacy and safety.
