Ingredients and method

Ingredients

  • 40ml Toki Whiskey
  • 20ml Full Circle Shiso Green
  • 7.5 ml Shiso Purple Vinegar
  • 20ml Sansho Syrup (or 20ml simple syrup + Sansho tincture)
  • Large block of ice

Method

  • Add the Toki Whiskey, Full Circle Shiso Green, Shiso Purple Vinegar and Sansho syrup to the cocktail shaker
  • Shake with ice for 15 seconds
  • Fill the cocktail glass with ice and pour the cocktail into the glass
  • Garnish with Sansho Leaves and serve
  • Optionally you can also add 50-100ml sparkling water for a highball version
