Perfect Perilla, Full Circle
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 40ml Toki Whiskey
- 20ml Full Circle Shiso Green
- 7.5 ml Shiso Purple Vinegar
- 20ml Sansho Syrup (or 20ml simple syrup + Sansho tincture)
- Large block of ice
Method
- Add the Toki Whiskey, Full Circle Shiso Green, Shiso Purple Vinegar and Sansho syrup to the cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice for 15 seconds
- Fill the cocktail glass with ice and pour the cocktail into the glass
- Garnish with Sansho Leaves and serve
- Optionally you can also add 50-100ml sparkling water for a highball version
