Rafel Espresso Genever
Ingredients and method, for one cocktail
Ingredients cocktail
- 50 ml Rafel Coastal Genever
- 50 ml Espresso
- 40 ml Sugar syrup
- 10 ml Oyster liquid / (alternative salt)
- Oyster Leaves
- A few loose coffee beans
Ingredients appetizer
- Sansho Leaves
- Pearls of tomato
- Rafel Coastal Genever
Method
- Make the espresso
- Open the oyster
- Pour the espresso, oyster liquid, sugar syrup and Rafel Genever into a cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice and pour into cocktail glass
- Place an Oyster Leave and coffee beans on the cocktail
- Pour Rafel Genever into the opened oyster
- Place the pearl of tomato in the opened oyster and top with a Sansho Leave
- Serve the apppetizer and cocktail
