Dairy Free Soft Ice
Ingredients
- 300 gr frozen fruits (strawberries, blueberries, peach)
- 50 gr raw sugar
- 2 egg white (size L)
- 1/6 Planifilia Red Vanilla
- Cornabria Blossom
- Sansho Leaves
Method
- Blizz the sugar with Planifolia Red Vanilla for 3 seconds on step 8 and sieve it.
- Put the sugar back in the Thermomix and add the frozen fruits.
- Blizz it 5 seconds on step 10.
- Scrape everything down from the edge with the spatula.
- Put 2 egg white on it, mix it for 5 seconds on step 5.
- Place than the butterfly wing inside and keep it running for 2 minutes on step 5.
- Serve immediately and decorate it with Cornabria Blossom and Sansho Leaves.
Please note that these instructions assume you have access to a Thermomix device. If you do not have a Thermomix device, adjustments may be required.
