Sechuan Lychee Martini

Ingredients and method


  • 40 ml vodka
  • 30 ml lychee liqueur
  • 30 ml Japanese sake
  • 5 ml yuzu juice
  • Sechuan Buttons


  • Pour the vodka, liqueur, sake and yuzu juice into the shaker \
  • Add 2 Sechuan Buttons
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour into glass using a strainer
  • Garnish with Sechuan Buttons and serve
