Sechuan Lychee Martini
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 40 ml vodka
- 30 ml lychee liqueur
- 30 ml Japanese sake
- 5 ml yuzu juice
- Sechuan Buttons
Method
- Pour the vodka, liqueur, sake and yuzu juice into the shaker \
- Add 2 Sechuan Buttons
- Shake with ice
- Pour into glass using a strainer
- Garnish with Sechuan Buttons and serve
