Smokey Kaffir Sechuan Margarita

Ingredients

  • 80 ml mezcal infused with Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 40 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml triple sec
  • 30 ml sugar syrup
  • Sechuan Buttons powder
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves powder (recipe)
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Method

  • Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in sugar water.
  • Mix Sechuan Button powder, Kaffir Lime Leaves powder, salt and sugar.
  • Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in the mixture Sechuan Button powder, Kaffir Lime Leaves powder, salt and sugar.
  • Pour all remaining ingredients into the shaker.
  • Juice the lime and add to the shaker.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pour into cocktail glass.
  • Garnish and serve.
