Smokey Kaffir Sechuan Margarita

Ingredients
- 80 ml mezcal infused with Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 40 ml lime juice
- 60 ml triple sec
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- Sechuan Buttons powder
- Kaffir Lime Leaves powder (recipe)
- Salt
- Sugar
Method
- Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in sugar water.
- Mix Sechuan Button powder, Kaffir Lime Leaves powder, salt and sugar.
- Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in the mixture Sechuan Button powder, Kaffir Lime Leaves powder, salt and sugar.
- Pour all remaining ingredients into the shaker.
- Juice the lime and add to the shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour into cocktail glass.
- Garnish and serve.
