Sansho Kaffir Ginger Highball
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 30 ml sugar syrup with Planifolia Black Vanilla
- 50 ml Japanese rum infused with Sansho Leaves
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sansho Leaves tincture
- Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Ginger beer
Method
- Pour the sugar syrup, Japanese rum, lemon juice and Sansho Leaves tincture into the shaker
- Add the Kaffir Lime Leaves and Sansho Leaves to the shaker and muddle together
- Shake with ice
- Fill the glass with crushed ice
- Pour the cocktail into the glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with Sansho Leaves and Kaffir Lime Leaves and serve
