- Peking duck sheets
- Peking duck
- Pear
- Goat cheese
- Sesame Seeds
- Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Sansho Leaves
- Shiso Purple
- Shiso Leaves Purple
Method
- Fry sheets of peking duck sheets briefly.
- Cut rounds from pear.
- Cut leaves of Shiso Leaves Purple into a round shape.
- Build the dish with deep-fried peking duck sheets, Shiso Leaves Purple, peking duck, pear and goat cheese.
- Sprinkle powdered Kaffir Lime Leaves over the dish.
- Place balls of pear with leaves of Sansho Leaves on the dish.
- Finish with Shiso Purple and sesame seeds and serve.
