Sakura Cress rice
Ingredients
(For 4 portions)
- 16 twigs of Hippo Tops
- 16 twigs of Salad Pea
- 2 punnets Sakura Cress
- 200gr cooked split lentils
- 200gr cooked green lentils
- 200gr steamed white rice
- 300gr cooked broccoli
- 4 mozzarella balls
- 200gr diced tomatoes
- 4 tbsp virgin olive oil
- juice from 1 lime
- 2 pinches white ground pepper
- 4 small pinches crack black pepper
Method
- Slice the mozzarella.
- Make the dressing with the olive oil, lime juice and white ground pepper.
- Mix the white rice with the freshly cut Sakura Cress.
- Arrange all the ingredients and the bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve.
