Ingredients
- Gelatin leaves
- Muscat wine
- Sugared lemon zest
- Danish pastry
- Raspberry
- Blueberry
- Currant
- Gooseberry
- Sansho Leaves
- Apple Blossom
- Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Limon Cress
Method
- Make a jelly of apple, lime and nutmeg wine
- Add raspberry, blueberries, gooseberries, currants, Kaffir Lime Leaves, sugared lemon zest and picked Sansho Leaves
- Place the bottom of the meringue on the plate
- Place the filled jelly on top of this
- Finish with Apple Blossom and serve
