- 30ml Jasmine Flowers cordial*
- 45ml silver tequila
- 90ml soda water
Method
Build
Serve in Savage 330ml
Garnish: Pink DOT
Prep – Jasmine Flowers Cordial
- 140g white caster sugar
- 280ml microfiltered water
- 3g jasmine flowers
- 9g jasmine green tea
- 5g citric acid
Vacuum seal and cook sous-vide for 1h at 50°C.
