Sansho Jasmine Gin
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 50 ml Roku gin infused with Sansho Leaves & Jasmine Blossom
- 15 ml yuzu juice
- 25 ml green tea sugar syrup
- 1 tsp Sansho Leaves tincture
Method
- Pour the gin, green tea, sugar syrup, yuzu juice and Sansho Leaves tincture into a shaker
- Shake with ice
- Pour the cocktail into the glass
- Garnish with Sansho Leaves and Jasmine Blossom and serve
