Sansho Jasmine Gin

Ingredients and method


  • 50 ml Roku gin infused with Sansho Leaves & Jasmine Blossom
  • 15 ml yuzu juice
  • 25 ml green tea sugar syrup
  • 1 tsp Sansho Leaves tincture


  • Pour the gin, green tea, sugar syrup, yuzu juice and Sansho Leaves tincture into a shaker
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour the cocktail into the glass
  • Garnish with Sansho Leaves and Jasmine Blossom and serve
