Zallotti Cucumber Gimlet
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 60 ml vodka infused with cucumber
- 40 ml Zallotti syrup
- 40 ml lime juice
- 1 egg white
Method
- Add the vodka, lime juice, Zallotti syrup and egg white to the shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour into cocktail glass.
- Garnish and serve.
