Vanilla custard


  • 500g whole milk, 3.5%
  • 40g of egg yolks
  • 50g of sugar
  • 20g potato starch
  • 1 pcs Planifolia Black - Vanilla


  • Heat up the milk to 50°C and add fresh vanilla to it, let it infuse for at least 6 hours.
  • Remove the vanilla stock from the milk and heat up to 40°C.
  • Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add a little warm milk and continue to mix.
  • Put everything in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Quickly cool the mix down or eat vla warm.
