Vanilla custard
Ingredients
- 500g whole milk, 3.5%
- 40g of egg yolks
- 50g of sugar
- 20g potato starch
- 1 pcs Planifolia Black - Vanilla
Method
- Heat up the milk to 50°C and add fresh vanilla to it, let it infuse for at least 6 hours.
- Remove the vanilla stock from the milk and heat up to 40°C.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add a little warm milk and continue to mix.
- Put everything in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Quickly cool the mix down or eat vla warm.
