Shiso Shrubs Spritz

Ingredients and method


  • 15 ml Shiso Purple Vinegar
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 40 ml gin
  • Shiso Purple
  • Prosecco


  • Pour Shiso Purple Vinegar and sugar syrup together in the shaker
  • Add gin
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour the glass half full with the cocktail
  • Top up with prosecco
  • Garnish with Shisho Purple and serve
