Shiso Cream Cocktail

Ingredients

• 40 ml cream
• 30 ml lime juice
• 40 ml rum infused with Planifolia Black Vanilla
• 20 ml Planifolia Black Vanilla syrup
• A few drops of Planifolia Black Vanilla tincture
• 1 punnet Aclla Cress
• 40 ml Shiso Leaves Green liqueur
• Planifolia Black Vanilla powder

Method

• Put the cream, lime juice, rum, vanilla syrup, vanilla tincture and Shiso liqueur in a shaker.
• Cut the cresses from the Aclla Cress and add half of it to the shaker.
• Shake with ice.
• Pour the cocktail into the cocktail glass using a strainer.
• Sprinkle Planifolia Black Vanilla powder powder over the cocktail.
• Garnish with Aclla Cress and serve.
