Sansho Leaves Gimlet Cocktail

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 20 ml lime 
  • 15 ml agave syrup 
  • 40 ml of Sansho Leaves cordial
    • Leftover tonic water 
    • Lemon peel grated  
    • Sansho leaves 
    • Concentrate Yuzu juice  
    • All blend it and then strain 
  • 15 ml of yuzu liqueur  
  • 30 ml Roku gin  
  • 2 stems of Sansho Leaves
  • 10 ml Umeshu wine 

Method

  • Shake all ingredients to mix properly. 
  • Strain twice to avoid lumps 

Suggestion of garnish  

  • Pickled Umeshu
