Sansho Leaves Gimlet Cocktail
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 20 ml lime
- 15 ml agave syrup
- 40 ml of Sansho Leaves cordial
- Leftover tonic water
- Lemon peel grated
- Sansho leaves
- Concentrate Yuzu juice
- All blend it and then strain
- 15 ml of yuzu liqueur
- 30 ml Roku gin
- 2 stems of Sansho Leaves
- 10 ml Umeshu wine
Method
- Shake all ingredients to mix properly.
- Strain twice to avoid lumps
Suggestion of garnish
- Pickled Umeshu
