Salty Sansho
Ingredients
- Coarse sea salt
- Sansho Leaves
Method
- Whirl coarse sea salt and Sansho Leaves in food processor
- Whirl this until you get a light green salt with some of the texture of Sansho Leaves
Applications
- Salt crust, pickling, cocktails (rimmed glass), tequila, fish, poultry, steak and vegetables
