Salmon and cream cheese bagel
Ingredients
(For 4 portions)
- 4 wholegrain bagels
- 100g cream cheese
- 240g smoked salmon
- 2 punnets Garden Cress
- 2 punnets Adji Cress
Method
- Slice open the bagels and spread the cream cheese on both open sides.
- Arrange the Garden Cress on the bottom half and place the smoked salmon on top.
- Add the Adji Cress and close the bagels with the top half.
- Serve.
