Asian chicken and chili bun
Ingredients
(For 4 portions)
- 1 punnet Adji Cress
- 1 punnet Sakura Cress
- 4 seeded bread buns
- 240g cooked chicken
- 120g spiralized cucumber
- 60g spiralized carrots
- 100g chili sauce
Method
- Slice open the seeded bread buns.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the Sakura Cress.
- Fill up the buns with the mix and use the Sakura Cress on top.
- Close the bun and serve.
