Asian chicken and chili bun


(For 4 portions)

  • 1 punnet Adji Cress
  • 1 punnet Sakura Cress
  • 4 seeded bread buns
  • 240g cooked chicken
  • 120g spiralized cucumber
  • 60g spiralized carrots
  • 100g chili sauce


  • Slice open the seeded bread buns. 
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the Sakura Cress. 
  • Fill up the buns with the mix and use the Sakura Cress on top. 
  • Close the bun and serve.
