Easter egg
Ingredients
- 1 soft boiled egg (5 minutes)
- 25 g avocado cream
- 1 dash of lime juice
- piment d’espelette
- Salty Fingers
- Adji Cress
- Anise Blossom
- BlinQ Blossom
Method
Boil the fresh egg for 5 minutes. If it’s a bit older 6 minutes. Cut the upper part, mix it up with a table spoon of fresh avocado, piment espelette and lime juice. Place this on top of the egg and place the other aromatic ingredients around it.
