Roku Spring

Ingredients and method


  • 10 ml yuzu juice
  • 20 ml rose water
  • 25 ml lychee liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • 20 ml Planifolia Black Vanilla sugar syrup
  • 40 ml Roku gin
  • Apple Blossom


  • Pour the yuzu juice, rose water, lychee liqueur, egg white, sugar syrup and Roku gin into the shaker
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour into glass
  • Garnish with Apple Blossom and serve
