Rafel Gen Tonic

Ingredients cocktail

• 1/3 Rafel Genever (Transparent)
• 2/3 Tonic (Mediterain Fever Tree)
• (Roasted) Juniper berries
• Zallotti Blossom

Ingredients appetizer

• Rice flour/tempura
• Sparkling water
• Panco
• Parmezan

Method

• Make the appetizer with rice flour/tempura, sparkling water, panco and parmesan
• Garnish with Salad Pea and Paztizz Tops
• Roast the juniper berries
• Place ice in the cocktail glass
• Pour Rafel Genever into the cocktail glass
• Top with tonic
• Place a Zallotti Blossom in the glass and place the roasted juniper berries on top of the cocktail
• Serve the cocktail and appetizer
