Pornstar Martini with Aclla Cress, coconut and Olympia Cress, Cocktail Mix

Ingredients

• Pre-made Pornstar Martini
• Accla Coconut Foam
• Olympia Cress
• Fresh passion fruit
• Freeze-dried passion fruit
• Crushed ice

Method

• Prepare the Accla Coconut Foam and pour it into a shaker.
• Clean the passion fruit and set aside the skin and pulp.
• Chop the Olympia Cress.
• Crush the freeze-dried passion fruit.
• Shake the cocktail and pour into the glass.
• Spoon the pulp on top of the cocktail.
• Pipe a small amount of foam onto the cocktail so that the peel floats nicely.
• Pipe the foam into the peel.
• Garnish the cocktail with Olympia Cress and the freeze-dried passion fruit.
