Ingredients 

  • Wokda
  • Limoncello
  • Fennel
  • Feather Tops
  • Egg white
  • Ice

Method

  • Collect the juice of the fennel with the slow juicer and add some juice of lime.
  • Add 3 parts of the juice, 1 part limoncello and 1 part vodka to the shaker.
  • Add 1 part egg white.
  • Shake with ice in a cocktail cup.
  • Pour the cocktail into a nice cocktail glass.
  • Place the Feather Tops on top for a delicious extra taste sensation and fresh bite.
  • Enjoy!
