- Wokda
- Limoncello
- Fennel
- Feather Tops
- Egg white
- Ice
Method
- Collect the juice of the fennel with the slow juicer and add some juice of lime.
- Add 3 parts of the juice, 1 part limoncello and 1 part vodka to the shaker.
- Add 1 part egg white.
- Shake with ice in a cocktail cup.
- Pour the cocktail into a nice cocktail glass.
- Place the Feather Tops on top for a delicious extra taste sensation and fresh bite.
- Enjoy!
