- Codium Blue
Method
- Place Codium Blue on a drying tray.
- Put the tray in the dehydrator.
- Let it dry for 10 hours.
- Place the Codium Blue in an electric coffee grinder.
- Grind into powder.
- Store until ready to use.
Application
- In seafood, meat, or vegetable dishes as both main and side dishes.
