  • Codium Blue
  • Codium Blue liquid
  • Salmon eggs
  • Oysters
  • Tempura batter
  • Breadcrumbs (e.g. Sosa Airbag farina - dried and granulated pork rind)
  • Algae Powder Emerald
  • Codium Blue Mayonnaise (recipe)


  • Heat the fryer to 180 degrees.
  • Open the oyster shell with an oyster knife, remove the oyster and pat dry.
  • Mix tempura batter with the liquid from the Codium Blue to a smooth batter.
  • Pass the oyster first through the tempura and then through the breadcrumbs.
  • Deep-fry the oyster quickly until crispy.
  • Place the deep-fried oyster on kitchen paper.
  • Complete the dish with the deep-fried oyster, Codium Blue mayonnaise and salmon eggs.
  • Place a piece of Codium Blue on top.
  • Sprinkle Algae Powder Emerald over the top and serve.
