Chicken Bao Bun
Ingredients
For 4 portions
- 1 punnet Atsina Cress
- 1 punnet Kyona Mustard Cress
- 4 pieces Bao Bun
- 100g grated mature Cheddar
- 180g cooked chicken filet
- 40g BBQ sauce
- 130g sliced tomatoes
- 80g sliced white onions
Method
- Steam the Bao bun from fresh or frozen.
- Shred or slice finely the cooked chicken filet and mix in the BBQ sauce.
- Slice the tomatoes and the peeled white onions.
- Fill the Bao bun withal the ingredients, adding the freshly cut Atsina Cress and Kyona Mustard Cress.
- Serve.
