Bordalou lemon tart
Ingredients
- bordalou basic
- Perfect Dessert Salsa Exotic
- Mini Sfera Exotic
- Dessert-Espuma Meringue Italienne
- Atsina Cress
Method
- Bake the frozen bordalou for 20 to 25 minutes (or thawed 15 to 20 minutes) at 170°C, and let it cool at room temperature before before removing from the mold.
- Cover the bordalou with Perfect Dessert Salsa Exotic.
- Place the Mini Sfera Exotic on the bordalou.
- Finish with Dessert-Espuma Meringue Italienne and Atsina Cress.
