Espresso URB Martini

Ingredients

For 2 portions

  • 100 ml of cold espresso
  • 50 ml of sea water
  • 100 ml URB Amsterdam
  • 50 ml Dutch Vanilla sugar water
  • 25 ml of protein
  • 1 Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 1 sprig Seafennel
  • 3 ice cubes

Garnish:

  • 2 teaspoons of Kaffir Lime Leaves powder
  • 2 sprigs of Seafennel

Method

  • Add all ingredients to the shaker.
  • Shake well for one minute.
  • Pour into a glass without ice cubes, let a nice froth form.
  • Sprinkle some Kaffir Lime Leaves powder on top and put a sprig of Seafennel in the glass.
