Espresso Martini Sea Fennel
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 50 ml espresso
- 50 ml vodka infused with Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Pinch of salt
- 40 ml Sea Fennel syrup
- Kaffir Lime Leaves Powder
Method
- Add the espresso, vodka and Sea Fennel syrup to the shaker.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass.
- Sprinkle with Kaffir Lime Leaves Powder.
- Garnish and serve.
