Espresso Martini Sea Fennel

Ingredients and method


  • 50 ml espresso
  • 50 ml vodka infused with Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 40 ml Sea Fennel syrup
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves Powder


  • Add the espresso, vodka and Sea Fennel syrup to the shaker.
  • Add a pinch of salt.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass.
  • Sprinkle with Kaffir Lime Leaves Powder.
  • Garnish and serve.
