Vanilla Chickpea Meringue
Ingredients
- 100 gr Aquafaba (drained chickpea water)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tip of a knife Xanthan
- 200 gr Planifolia Black Vanilla Sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixer until it’s fluffy.
- Use a piping bag to make rounds of the mix.
- Bake for two hours in the oven.
- Take the vanilla meringue out of the oven.
- Store till use.
