Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Algae Powder Gold
- 50 ml of pineapple & grapefruit rum
- 30 ml grapefruit juice
- 30 ml pineapple syrup
- 40 ml cream
Method
- Add pineapple & grapefruit rum to the shaker.
- Juice a grapefruit in the shaker.
- Add pineapple syrup, Algae Powder Gold and cream to the shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour into cocktail glass.
- Finish with a cocktail garnish.
- Serve.
