Ingredients and method


  • 1 teaspoon Algae Powder Gold
  • 50 ml of pineapple & grapefruit rum
  • 30 ml grapefruit juice
  • 30 ml pineapple syrup
  • 40 ml cream


  • Add pineapple & grapefruit rum to the shaker.
  • Juice a grapefruit in the shaker.
  • Add pineapple syrup, Algae Powder Gold and cream to the shaker.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pour into cocktail glass.
  • Finish with a cocktail garnish.
  • Serve.
