  • Sweet Peeper

  • Sugar
  • Ice-cold water


  • Make a sugar water mixture with equal parts sugar and ice-cold water (1:1).
  • Create a sweet and sour sauce with vinegar and ice-cold sugar water (1:1).
  • Add the Sweet Peeper to the sweet and sour sauce.
  • Infuse by vacuum sealing.
  • Use as a refreshing, exciting vegetable component in a dish.

Shelf life

  •  1 to 2 days in the refrigerator.
