Method
Inspired by Ferran Adrià: A lovely shooter for Valentines Day. Put strawberry- of beetjuice in a blender. Add some lemon juice and a Sechuan Button. Vacuum infusion a strawberry of raspberry together with the juice. Serve cold in a classy glass and finish with Limon Cress.
