Shiso Whisky Sour
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- 50 ml Japanese whiskey infused with Shiso Leaves Purple
- 20 ml yuzu liqueur
- 15 ml yuzu juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
Method
- Pour the whiskey, yuzu liqueur, yuzu juice and sugar syrup into the shaker
- Add the egg white
- Shake with ice
- Pour into a glass
- Garnish with a Shiso Leave Purple and serve
