Shiso Kiwi Gin
Ingredients and method
Ingredients
- ½ kiwi
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml lime juice
- 30 ml Planifolia Black Vanilla syrup
- 50 ml Shiso Leaves Green liqueur
Method
- Remove peel from the kiwi and put it in the shaker.
- Add the gin, vanilla syrup and Shiso liqueur to the shaker.
- Use a muddler to mash the ingredients.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass using a strainer.
- Garnish and serve.
