Sakura Cress - duck - grapefruit - honey

- 0,5 Duck fillet
- 0,12 Grapefruit
- 2,5 g Honey
- 1,25 g Rice wine vinegar
- 1,25 g Ginger cordial
- 1,25 g Yuzu
- 3,75 g Olive oil
- Salad mix
- Sakura Cress®
Preparation method
- Season the duck fillets and fry medium-rare.
- Peel the grapefruit à vif, remove the slices and cut into smaller pieces
- Mix all ingredients for the vinaigrette
- Mix the salad with the Sakura Cress®, add some vinaigrette and taste.
