Reinventing a classic…with Dushi Buttons we transport the Royal to the countryside.
Ingredients
- 2cl Dushi Buttons and raspberry syrup
- 10cl Cava
Method
- Pour the Dushi Buttons syrup into a champagne flute, then top up with cava.
- Finish by adding a Dushi Buttons for aroma and decoration.
Pairing: Brie on toast with red fruits marmalade and RucolaCress.
