Pumpkin Seed and Wheat Grass Cream
Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 200 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g cacao butter
- 100 g sugar
- 10 g lemon juice
- Salt
- 250 g wheat grass extract
Method
- Toast the pumpkin seeds with cacao butter and sugar. Allow them to cool and blend them, not too finely, along with the Wheat Grass extract.
- Adjust the seasoning with a little salt and lemon juice.
- Serve with soft bread crumbs.
