Pumpkin Seed and Wheat Grass Cream


For 4 people:

  • 200 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g cacao butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 250 g wheat grass extract


  • Toast the pumpkin seeds with cacao butter and sugar. Allow them to cool and blend them, not too finely, along with the Wheat Grass extract.
  • Adjust the seasoning with a little salt and lemon juice.
  • Serve with soft bread crumbs.
