- 45ml Zallotti Blossom cordial*
- 30ml London dry gin
- 15ml Triple Sec 80proof
- 75ml soda water
Method
Build
Serve in Top Class 375ml with ice chunks
Garnish: Zallotti Blossom sprig
Prep – Zallotti Blossom Cordial
- 140g white caster sugar
- 280ml microfiltered water
- 15g Zallotti Blossom
- 5g citric acid
Vacuum seal and cook sous-vide for 3h at 50°C.
