Kaffir Mojito

Ingredients and method


  • 50 ml of Japanese rum
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 10 Thai basil leaves
  • 25 ml sugar syrup
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Sparkling water


  • Pour the rum, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a glass
  • To this add mint leaves, Thai basil and Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • Muddle in the glass
  • Top up the glass with crushed ice
  • Place Thai basil leaves and Kaffir Lime Leaves in the glass
  • Top up the glass with sparkling water
  • Garnish and serve.
