Kaffir Lychee Spice

Ingredients and method


  • 40 ml Nikka whiskey
  • 40 ml lychee liqueur
  • 10 ml yuzu juice
  • 1 tsp Kaffir Lime Leaves tincture
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • Zorri Cress
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves


  • Make a tincture of Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • Add the Nikka whkisy, lychee liqueur, sugar syrup and yuzu juice to the shaker
  • Muddle with Zorri Cress and Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • Shake with ice
  • Pass through a strainer and pour into glass
  • Garnish with Zorri Cress and serve
