Guacamole and tomato tacos


(To make 3 tacos)

  • 1 punnet Rock Chives
  • ½ punnet Sakura Cress
  • 100gr diced tomatoes
  • 50gr diced red onions
  • ½ tsp diced red chilli
  • 100gr julienne red peppers
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch ground paprika
  • 80gr avocado guacamole
  • ½ sliced avocado
  • 50gr shredded lettuce
  • 30gr shredded spring onions
  • 50gr sour cream
  • 60gr grated Leicester cheese
  • ½ lime
  • 3 pieces (12 to 15 cm) tortilla bread


  • Mix the diced tomatoes, red onions, chillies, and spring onions. 
  • Sizzle the julienne of red peppers with the olive oil and season with the paprika. 
  • Build the tacos with the other ingredients and drizzle with lime juice. 
  • Serve with freshly cut Sakura Cress and Adji Cress.
