Guacamole and tomato tacos
Ingredients
(To make 3 tacos)
- 1 punnet Rock Chives
- ½ punnet Sakura Cress
- 100gr diced tomatoes
- 50gr diced red onions
- ½ tsp diced red chilli
- 100gr julienne red peppers
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch ground paprika
- 80gr avocado guacamole
- ½ sliced avocado
- 50gr shredded lettuce
- 30gr shredded spring onions
- 50gr sour cream
- 60gr grated Leicester cheese
- ½ lime
- 3 pieces (12 to 15 cm) tortilla bread
Method
- Mix the diced tomatoes, red onions, chillies, and spring onions.
- Sizzle the julienne of red peppers with the olive oil and season with the paprika.
- Build the tacos with the other ingredients and drizzle with lime juice.
- Serve with freshly cut Sakura Cress and Adji Cress.
