Gin & Rose Cocktail


  • Whipper
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Ice
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves powder
  • 4 cl of infused gin (Kaffir Lime Leaves)
  • 6 cl of rose water
  • 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • Coconut milk
  • Xantana


  • Prepare the foam mix for later use, using the Xantana dissolved in the warmed-up coconut milk.
  • Add the previously infused gin in the cocktail shaker filled with ice, the rose water and the Kaffir Lime Leaves.
  • Shake it well.

Serving tip

  • Pour in the glass of your choice. To decorate we used the powdered Kaffir Lime Leaves on top of a coconut foam infused with Kaffir Lime Leaves.
