Ingredients

  • 40ml Roku gin
  • 20ml Full Circle Shiso Green
  • 15ml Kaffir Lime Leaves syrup
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Passion Fruit Puree
  • Vegan Foamer
  • Passion Fruit
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves Powder
  • Shiso Bicolor

Method

  • Add the Roku gin, Full Circle Shiso Green, Kaffir Lime Leaves syrup, lime juice, passion fruit puree and vegan foamer to the cocktail shaker
  • Shake with ice for 15 seconds
  • Shake again, but this time without ice
  • Pour the cocktail into the cocktail glass using a strainer
  • Garnish with passion fruit and Shiso Bicolor
  • Sprinkle Kaffir Lime Leaves powder on top of the cocktail and serve
