Dutch 1772 and Bean Blossom, Loopuyt Dry Gin

Ingredients: 

• 40ml Loopuyt dry gin 
• 15ml raspberry puree 
• 15ml lemon juice 
• 10ml sugar syrup 
• Veuve Clicqout 

Garnish:

• Bean Blossom 
• Raspberries
• A "green touch"

Method: 

• Add all ingredients together. 
• Put these in a shaker. 
• Fill the shaker completely with ice cubes. 
• Shake the contents for about 12 seconds. 
• Pour the contents into the glass through a fine sieve. 
• Top off the glass with Veuve Clicqout. 
• Garnish.
